At approx. 18 m², the Cosy Souterrain is slightly larger than the single rooms on the second floor (approx. 15 m²), but is located in the basement. Due to its location in the basement, it is less bright than the rooms on the upper floors and is therefore offered at an attractive preferential price.

The rental price from 1,000 euros per night includes all 11 rooms, use of the pool and lounge, daily breakfast and room cleaning. The minimum stay is two nights, bookable in the low season from October to April.

In addition to the 11 rooms, there is a large lounge, a sun terrace and breakfast terrace, a spacious garden, an indoor pool with sauna and a leisure room with table tennis. The location directly on the beach promenade also provides quick access to the beach and leisure activities.
