Retreats, team events, workations, family celebrations, a weekend with friends, weddings – our house with 13 rooms, large salon with daily breakfast and private pool is perfect for anyone planning a special break for a small group. When the weather is good, the sun terrace, the breakfast terrace and the large garden invite you to relax and work. Indoors there is a salon, pool, sauna and leisure room with a table tennis table.

And if you want to go straight to the beach: Villa Bleichröder is located in the first row directly on the Heringsdorf beach promenade – the beach, Alex Strandbar, mini golf and in summer the theater tent are within a 2-minute walk, as is neighboring Ahlbeck about 15 minutes walk.

Villa Bleichröder has ten spacious double rooms (all beds 160-180cm, no twins) and three singles (beds 140cm) which are also capable of accommodating two guests. In the event your party number extends, additional residences nearby can be rented. Screen, projector, flipchart and presentation case are available. The salon is an excellent, light-filled place to work, play, chat and relax during the day or night.

By night, we are happy to recommend our favorite restaurants on the island or catering partners who can cater for the group in-house. Breakfast and pool included with your stay, with use of the sauna a modestly charged extra.

Note: the sauna and leisure space are shared with the holiday apartments on the premises.

Usedom is a thriving natural and cultural habitat. There’s the distillery tour and tasting, the Usedom safari tour, and the Baltic Sea thermal baths all year-round.
