The neo-baroque Villa Bleichröder is a thirteen-roomed coastal residence with pool and sauna on the island of Usedom. The listed villa was built in the style of resort architecture back in 1908, standing proudly as one of the most representative buildings of the period on the resplendent Heringsdorf Promenade. The house is situated immediately on the Baltic Sea beach of Usedom. A historied gem in transformation – peace, nature and aesthetic delights amongst 9000m2 of manicured gardens.

Bleichröder’s location is matchless, with its direct access to the promenade with views of sand and sea. Fifteen minutes on foot away is the charming neighborhood of Ahlbeck. Idyllic and functional for a short getaway or a longer break, the villa can be rented exclusively off-season.
